Inside Sales Agent

Responsibilities and Duties

This is an in-office position with the majority of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. The focus on this role is outbound calling to follow up on various leads. You will:

  • Persistently prospect for, qualify, and follow up with potential clients

  • Schedule appointments with potential clients

  • Utilize strong communication and follow-up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments

  • Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle using our CRM

  • Provide exceptional customer service


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong phone sales experience and the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Strong sense of urgency/time sensitivity and excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Affinity for technology and will not be intimidated by learning new systems.

  • Team-oriented with a growth mindset

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a VA Real Estate license (Real estate experience not required)

Over time, a unique group began to form organically and Daniel knew that there was something special about the people and the culture around him. This role is salaried with bonuses. Compensation fluctuates with performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25,000 + bonuses (typical total income is $60,000 - $75,000)
