As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll be the heartbeat of our business, generating new leads and closing deals. What You’ll Do:

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $25,000 annually.

Performance Bonuses: Available for meeting specific goals.

First-Year Potential: Your earnings have the potential to range from $45,000 to $60,000 and beyond. As you grow within the role, your income will follow suit. With an expanding pipeline, subsequent years hold the promise of even greater sales and income.

Remote - Inside Sales Agent

Responsibilities and Duties
This is a remote position with the majority of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. The focus of this role is outbound calling to follow up on various leads. You will:
- Persistently prospect for, qualify, and follow up with potential clients
- Schedule appointments with potential clients
- Utilize strong communication and follow-up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle using our CRM
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills: Must speak clear and grammatically correct English
- Strong phone sales experience: Proven track record in sales or customer service roles on the phone

- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
