Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for passionate and driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll be the heartbeat of our business, generating new leads and closing deals. What You’ll Do:

  • Make an Impact: Reach out to prospective buyers and sellers, building connections that turn into long-term relationships.

  • Drive Sales: Persistently prospect, qualify, and follow up with potential clients to ensure no opportunity is missed.

  • Coordinate Success: Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients, setting the stage for our agents to close the deal.

  • Exceed Expectations: Utilize your exceptional communication and follow-up skills to manage the sales pipeline through our CRM.

  • Deliver Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression.

  • Communication Master: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Phone Pro: Strong phone sales experience with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Organized Achiever: High sense of urgency, excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Licensed or Ready: Must have or be willing to obtain a VA Real Estate license (no prior real estate experience required).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $25,000 annually.

  • Performance Bonuses: Available for meeting specific goals.

  • Health Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental insurance.

  • First-Year Potential: Your earnings have the potential to range from $45,000 to $60,000 and beyond. As you grow within the role, your income will follow suit. With an expanding pipeline, subsequent years hold the promise of even greater sales and income.

  • Monday to Friday

  • Rotating weekends

Position Overview: Are you a student or aspiring professional interested in real estate? Keeton & Co. Real Estate is offering a 3-6month internship where you’ll  chose to assist our Inside Sales Agents or Real Estate Agents. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in sales, client communication, and administrative support while learning from industry experts.

​

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in lead generation by researching potential clients and supporting ISAs in outbound communication efforts.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain client follow-up systems using our CRM platform.

  • Shadow Real Estate Agents during client meetings, property viewings, and listing processes.

  • Help organize and coordinate client events, open houses, and community engagement activities.

  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including content creation and social media management.

​

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current student or recent graduate with an interest in real estate, business, or sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Tech-savvy, eager to learn real estate systems and CRM platforms.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
