Client Care Manager / Inside Sales Agent


  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors to provide quick response times and meet their needs

  • Contact prospects after initial meeting via phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate  real estate qualified leads

  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process

  • This position is 100% database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building

  • Report activity and results on a daily basis

  • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth oriented person open to new ideas and coaching


  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

  • Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious and outstanding verbal communicator

  • We care more about attitude than experience.

Showing Partner

We are seeking a personable individual to work with clients as a Showing Partner for our agents.


We are a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to host open houses, show homes, go to home inspections, and give our clients top-level service. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious and positive attitude, who is responsible and professional we are interested in speaking with you!


Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. This is a great way to get experience working in the Real Estate industry.
