When you sign on with our brokerage, we provide a CRM system, Marketing Support, and a full service Transaction Coordinator as a part of the Partner Agent Plan. We also offer IT and Administrative Support along with the service of our Field Technician, who will install signs and drop off lock boxes.

Every Thursday from 11:00 - 12:00, we hold our IMPACT Real Estate Training Classes.  Receive hands-on training and attend Agent-led workshops: How to do a CMA, Listing Consultations, Buyer Consultations, Social Media Management, Mastering Your Mindset, and much more!

You think to yourself, "How am I supposed to help my client?" We've had these scenarios come up too many times, so we created the Showing Help Program. We have agents that will show the home for you.

Many agents wonder where their next deal is coming from. Lead generation can be a daunting task when the agent is busy serving current clients. In addition to training on generating referrals, the company is designed to provide leads and a system that converts leads to commission checks!


In 2015 Daniel founded the Keeton & Co Real Estate Team after observing how the real estate business can change people’s lives, from agents to their clients. Over time, a unique group began to form organically and Daniel knew that there was something special about the people and the culture around him.

Lives were being transformed and growth was happening on an exponential level. After seeing several agents excel beyond the status quo, a recipe for success was developed and documented. A movement in the real estate industry began to take place.

In 2020 the team decided it was time to expand into an independent brokerage so more agents could experience what was happening.

By focusing on what is best for the agent, Keeton and Co. Real Estate is designed to give agents every opportunity to succeed in real estate sales and equips them to serve their clients at the highest level.
